Visioning

Purpose

To build a solid foundation for alignment of all future actions in your business
To condense decisions into a one-page strategic plan, which documents where you are going and what actions are priorities
To ensure that whatever is created all are rowing in the same direction

What happens

Generally there is a meeting away from the business premises usually for 1 1/2 days and is attended by senior people. In some cases all people in the organisation attend. There may be a need to have a pre-visioning for the leadership group to make best use of the main visioning meeting.
