ic leadership is committed to complying with the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 and, to the best of our ability, will honour our legal and moral obligations so far as the responsible collection, storage, use and disclosure of data and other personal information is concerned.

What information do we collect?

We may collect personal, professional and contact information from you when you book a place on a course, place an order, subscribe to our be your best report, respond to a diagnostic survey, or fill out a contact form. Whenever we collect such information, we will also provide you with options to indicate to us what you are willing to allow us to do with the information.

Access to and Updating Information

We do our utmost to keep client information files complete, up to date and accurate at all times. Any duly authorized person can request access to the ic leadership Privacy Officer at any time (except where prohibited by law) to check or modify their details, or the details of an appropriately nominated person, on our database. We will require appropriate proof of authority and authenticity before we provide such access. Any errors or changes to stored information will then be promptly attended to.

Employees with access to personal information are subject to ic leadership disciplinary procedures if they violate any aspect of our Privacy Policy.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We will not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to any external third parties – at least, not without your express written permission, excepting trusted contractors who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or providing agreed to work for you.
